Slightly sweet, slightly bitter. Herbal liqueur from Milan

Campari had its start in the 1860s, when it was offered to patrons by Gaspare Campari at his “Café Campari” in Milan’s Piazza del Duomo. Faintly sweet and slightly bitter, Campari is representative of the herbal liqueurs of Milan but distinguished by its unique bitter flavor and bright red color. Enjoyed in over 190 countries, Campari is fashioned using a secret recipe that hasn’t changed since the company’s foundation 160 years ago.
